How It Works

The first component is a five step Coaching Process that allows you to mentor your clients and improve their performance using a systematized methodology. Built on best of breed software applications and proven management processes, each module is driven by a software application that allows the coach to bring structure to the five step process.


The second component provides guidance on how to successfully fulfill the Role of a Coach and deals with the human aspects that are critical to the process. Key elements include: sensing how to mentor your client; communicating the signals that need to be sent and learning how to read the signals coming back and; driving the team at a pace they can manage to achieve superior performance.
