 OVERVIEW  


During this practical two-day workshop you will develop a personal selling style that works for you through interactive exercises, observation of others, role play and feedback sessions. In addition, you will learn how to identify the right referral sources and communicate with them to get the leads you want.

The Sales & Marketing Retreat is intended for Partners, Managers and Business Development Professionals with prior training and some experience in conducting sales meetings. It is presented at an intermediate to advanced level so we recommend that participants have at least one day of RAN ONE sales training, completion of an online sales program, or completion of the RAN ONE Selling Your Professional Services CD course (click here to purchase). Registrants with equivalent sales experience are also welcome to attend.

WELCOME

Join us the evening before the workshop for refreshments and conversation in the RAN ONE Hospitality Suite. This is your chance to meet the presenters one-on-one and network with other attendees and RAN ONE members in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.


DAY ONE

Join us for a hosted breakfast at the hotel, followed by an inspiring day of high level interaction and practical exercises that will improve your selling process. The Agenda for Day 1 is as follows:

Review the fundamentals of the "Sell Without Selling" sales communication process.

Opening the meeting and setting the tone

Unleashing the power of questions to motivate

Positioning your solutions to maximize client buy-in

How to gain commitment and close the sale


DAY TWO

After breakfast at the hotel, you will spend a motivating day learning how to use your new sales and communication skills to achieve your vision and develop new business.

Strategies for marketing to your referrals

Learn how to identify the right referral source mix and ask for what you want 30/3/30 – Create a 30-second, 3-minute or 30-minute personal statement Discover effective lead generation strategies

 OPTIONAL 90-DAY INTERACTIVE SUPPORT

Enjoy the benefits of ongoing support and group interaction as you improve and change your selling style. This optional add-on program will enhance your selling skills by providing you with personalized assistance to help you overcome issues and obstacles you may face during sales calls. The program includes three monthly webinars, an assessment of your personal practice development plan, group teleconferences where you can learn from others’ experiences, and exclusive access to a blog where you can ask questions and present issues for discussion.
