Rick Solomon
Started CPA career at a New York City based international CPA firm.
Founded and developed one of the fastest growing CPA firms on Long Island.
Developed and presented his renowned Sell Without Selling sales program to thousands of professionals in seven countries on three continents, helping them add millions of dollars in new business annually.
For eight years, engaged in part-time study at the Sedona Institute in Arizona, developing a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. Learned ways to help free people from limiting beliefs and points of view, which has become the “secret ingredient” in all his training programs.
Served on the faculty of the esteemed Esperti-Peterson Institute Masters Program, a think tank of the nation's leading estate planning attorneys.
Owner, president and CEO of RAN ONE Americas, a world leader in helping accountants and other advisors build lucrative and rewarding business advisory practices.
Rick continues to travel world-wide presenting his inspiring, motivational seminars and challenging thousands of CPAs and other professional advisors to expand their view of themselves and the value they bring to their clients.
In addition to being recognized as a leading practice development consultant, Rick consults and provides sales training to major national companies, such as Citibank, Merrill Lynch, ADP and others, to help them further develop relationships with CPAs as valuable strategic partners.

Alicia Olesinski
Alicia K. Olesinski is the founder and president of New Angle Marketing, LLC, a full solution marketing and practice development company, focusing on the accounting industry. Alicia possesses 13 years of marketing expertise and knowledge in marketing strategy and implementation, direct mail, internal marketing programs, new business development, client retention programs, branding, database management, and advertising. New Angle Marketing and RAN ONE Americas have recently formed a strategic alliance to provide marketing support and innovative ideas to accounting firms.

Prior to starting New Angle Marketing in 2004, Alicia was the Corporate Director of Marketing and Practice Development for the largest public accounting firm headquartered in New Jersey and one of the largest in the country.

Alicia is an active member of the National Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and sits on the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of AAM. She is also a frequent speaker and author on a realm of subjects, from lead generation strategies to web site development strategies to best marketing practices.




Mike Reddy

Mike Reddy is a qualified chartered accountant with a successful career in both commerce and public practice, and business consultancy firms. Highlights of his career in commerce included contributing to the extraordinary business reversal of Fonterra which reinvented itself to become one of the biggest and most successful dairy companies in the world.

Mike established an accounting practice in New Zealand which he subsequently transformed into a boutique business advisory practice for business owners and key decision makers. In Australia he has established an advisory consultancy Shape Your Business, for SMEs throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Mike has been regularly utilised by the media to comment on small business affairs, had a regular spot on NZ radio as a business adviser, and tutored accountancy. He is an articulate and engaging presenter and delivers regular seminars to business owners and accountants throughout Australia and New Zealand on a range of business development topics.

\Mike is CEO of RAN ONE Asia Pacific and works to develop and deliver programmes to accounting and consulting members designed to improve their own financial and business performance.

Mike is co-author of the book Secrets of Business Builders Exposed which was published in 2007 and has already sold over 14,000 copies. He continues to further his interest in consumer behaviour and the inter-relationships between that and business models adopted by high performance companies.



Jenni Proctor
Jenni is the award winning principal of a careers consultancy practice based in Brisbane. She sits on the National Executive Council of Australian Career Advisors and holds a Masters in Career Development. Jenni delivers career development services to business clients, develops training courses for registered training organisations and has worked on an outstanding career development software program. She has extensive experience presenting professional development and training workshops.




Karen Reyburn

Karen Reyburn, accountant, member of the AICPA and business consultant has worked for government agencies and private accountancy practices in the US and UK.  She has established a consultancy firm, instigated business workshops in Scotland and trained hundreds of business owners in business development and profit improvement.

Karen is a sought after speaker and presenter at business events.  Now a specialist consultant to accounting and consulting firms, she provides marketing support and regular business coaching for a variety of firms. Karen also writes and delivers training courses in business advisory, practice management, sales and marketing for professional services firms.
