Masters Program

About The
Program
The Masters Program, personally facilitated by Rick Solomon, provides ongoing, concentrated individual and group support for significantly expanding a business advisory practice. Acceptance into this program, by application only, will be granted to those who we feel are sufficiently motivated to produce results, are willing to be accountable to the group for making and keeping commitments, and are committed to the success of the group. Program participation is limited to the first 30 applicants accepted.

Program Highlights
- This is a 24-month program.
- Participants are expected to attend all three 2-day Masters events during the year, with the first starting in January of 2007. Subsequent sessions will be held in May and September.
- A comprehensive set of business advisory practice development tools (not otherwise available) will be provided exclusively to Masters participants which will form the foundation for each participant to create an individualized practice development action plan.
- Relevant RAN ONE tools will be used throughout the program to facilitate your success. Access will be provided to specified tools to all participants in the Masters program, regardless of their level of subscription.
- Participants will be asked to commit to executing portions of their plan throughout the program, and to report back on their results. Other assignments, such as reading or viewing learning materials will be required from time to time.
- With practice transformation as a key focus, all sessions will include components of high level sales and marketing skills, as well as the application of business advisory skills to conduct successful, profitable engagements. Personal growth and professional development are added benefits of this program.
- The issues and successes experienced by each member as they implement their action plan will be shared with the group, and will become a basis for further learning and growth.
- Monthly teleconferences for when we’re not meeting will be held to continue the learning and implementation process.
- Individualized coaching and consulting will be provided to participants between live sessions. Up to eight private sessions will be provided each year per participant.
- On demand support for upcoming sales opportunities, or for other questions, will be provided with 24 hours notice, on a reasonable basis.
- Applications for the Masters Program will be available on October 25, 2006.
- Completion of the BCP during the first year of participation, if not already completed will be required of all participants.
- Program participation is limited to the first 30 firms accepted.
