Full Day - Developing Business Advisory Skills
Workshop Objective:
These clinics are designed to significantly enhance your skills and capabilities with regard to analyzing and converting real life client issues into successful engagements.
Case studies will be provided for solutions and tools from each of our three main resource centers, SBA, SME and BC, to meet everyone's needs.
Topics:
- Problem definition - Identify client issues and separate symptoms
from causes.
- Solution Development - Apply structure and frameworks to develop solutions.
- Case Analysis - Review client scenarios, analyze output reports and develop deliverables.
- Tool Integration - Understand how to integrate the tools into your practice.
An extended networking lunch will be provided, where you can share ideas and best practices with other RAN ONE members.
