Business Diagnostic Plus™ automatically generates reports from the diagnostic questionnaire and provides you with advice and guidance on how you can implement the agreed deliverables.

You can examine the full scope of any business, analysing the internal strategic and operational factors, including the production process, marketing and sales, staff, systems, processes and financial management practices.

Business Diagnostic Plus™ offers you the flexibility to ask qualitative questions like: “How do we compare with competitors on service?”

You can muster the pre-defined template questions within the application, or as a more advanced user, add questions that have relevancy to the specific business you are working with.

You also have the flexibility to develop a subset of questions relating to specific areas. The template questions have been framed around two models of business viability.

The other is based on an internal review covering the strategic and operational areas of the business. To assist you in understanding and answering the questions, we have built a concise glossary that complements each question.

Business Diagnostic Plus™ is a truly dynamic process that allows you to change questions and use the internet to distribute questionnaires by email, with the functionality to handle thousands of responses.

You can also take advantage of Pivot Table analysis to slice and dice large amounts of data, breaking the information down to precisely what you need to perform the SWOT analysis.

You can rank the relative importance of qualitative questions, for example, rank Price over Quality over Service. The output shows the score and relative importance of each item.

Business Diagnostic Plus™ gives you the flexibility to run a diagnostic session with one individual or groups of individuals and focus on a single area or multiple areas within a business.

At the completion of the questionnaire sessions, you can automatically import the questionnaire scores and produce a diagnostic report for presentation to the client. You use this report to promote the Action Steps to the client that need implementing to improve strategy and processes.
